RGB to rzeczywistość widziana przez pryzmat barw
składowych obrazu emitowanego z ekranu telewizyjnego. To również próba
zmierzenia się z uczuciem odrętwienia i pustki zrodzonej z postawy
biernego obserwatora; chęć przedostania się poza pozorne poczucie
komfortu dane oglądającemu. W RGB emocje uwięzione zostały w obrazach,
poddane rygorowi płaszczyzn i koloru. Jeśli jest jakaś relacja z innym,
to nie ma swojego początku, ani tym bardziej końca – oglądane obrazy
zmieniają się tylko pozornie - ukazują oparte na tych samych gestach
powtarzające się rytuały. Przynależą do składowych bycia, ale nie
stanowią harmonijnej całości. W tej „rozłożonej” rzeczywistości wszystko
drażni – począwszy od dźwięku, skończywszy na niewygodnym, szkolnym
krześle, które w niczym nie przypomina wygodnego fotela z pokoju
telewizyjnego. RGB to rozciągnięty w czasie ułamek sekundy, w którym
barwy rozszczepiły się, aby ukazać smutną rzeczywistość, rzeczywistość
więzienia.

RGB
is a reality seen though the prism of component colors of the image
emitted from the TV screen. It is also an attempt to face the feeling
of numbness and void born from the attitude of passive observer, the
desire to get through illusive feeling of comfort given to the viewer
RGB emotions were imprisoned in the images, surrendered to the
discipline of surface and color. If there is any relation with other
it has no beginning or what’s more the end- viewed images change
but only as illusion- they show repeated rituals based on the same
gestures. They are parts of existence but do not make harmonious
whole. In this “dismantled” reality everything irritates – from
the sound to uncomfortable school chair that does not resemble
comfortable armchair from the TV room. RGB is a fraction of second
stretched in time, where the colors are split to present sad reality,
the reality of prison.
